[SOLD] Losmandy bar & counterweight set for Meade 8" SCT

This counterweight system was previously fitted to the underside of a Meade 8" SCT LNT OTA. Includes mounting bolts.

Great for balancing out heavy SCT focusers/diagonals/eyepieces!

Purchased new approx. 10 years ago, this set looks the same as the current Losmandy VWS13 counterweight package, except the weight bar in this set is shorter, and this clamp looks more solid.

Might fit other SCT makes/models. All parts are in excellent condition. Some very minor marks on the weight disc, some very faint slide marks on the bar, no marring.

Includes:
Narrow (Vixen style) bar.
342mm long, weighs 380grams
Includes mounting hardware (2 bolts, each UNC 8/32) and additional safety bolt. See pics for dimensions of mounting holes as measured from each end, then subtract from the 342mm overall length.

Counterweight and clamp
The counterweight itself weighs just over 1kg and the bar is 50mm long. Total weight is 1.3kg. Works with both D & V series bars. This part alone retails at Bintel for $125 (search DVDWS).

Now reduced to $130 for the set.

Selling as a complete set will be a priority over splitting.
