21st and 22nd Jan Sun images.

21st Jan.
A nice morning again but today the atmospheric conditions were better for imaging. The first image is at 540 nm of the sunspot positions-moved towards the right (west) from yesterday. The second and third images are at 656 nm (Ha) to show the chromospheric features of the W sector where AR 3190 and AR 3191/2 are. The large filament in the SW sector seen yesterday has gone.
All pics are single exposures with Canon 550d.

22nd Jan
The fourth image is of the sunspots on 22nd Jan. to show the changes since 21st.
AR3196 has dispersed and AR3184 and 86 have nearly gone. There may be two new spots - one on the NE and another on the SE limb.

Thanks for viewing.

Great images John, well done. That AR 3190 is a monster of a sunspot.

Thanks for posting John. Its good to see the update as we had high cloud here all day. The large filament in the SW did a disparition brusque yesterday. As Joe said, AR3190 is really huge.
