RJ24 to 9 pin connection diagram

Help!
My NEQ6pro has been connected to an EQMod setup for so long I've lost the original handcontroller to Mount cable.

This was a RJ24 (at the Synscan) and a 9pin male at the mount.
The RJ24 is just a Cat5/6 cable but I don't know the connection/ wiring diagram for the 9pin connection side.
Can anyone help????
(I'm hoping a Cat 5/6 to 9pin serial adaptor like this may work
Appreciate any help I can get...........

Hmmm, the colours of my CAT5 cable do not match the colours shown in the previous reference.
I can only assume over the years the standard has changed.

(I now find we have T-268A v's T-268B wiring colours!!
