Thats not correct Tasmanian growers are dumping them as Simplot won't meet their price request and WA growers exporting them (as Simplot stopped processing WA potatoes back in 1999 as they claimed they could do it cheaper ex East and NZ) so their is no shortage of potatoes in Australia

But I'm not very good at soldering the connectors to them

They keep coming off in the oven....
