I think that is a Sea Eagle - it certainly looks like the one I photographed last Easter.

This one was down at Cape Conran (East Gippsland) and was half of a mating pair, as we could see them both circling around.

Not a Sea Eagle. It’s an Eastern Osprey

Steve’s image is a juvenile Eagle
