On some mobile phones you can change the aperture size and shutter speeds if you hit the unlock at the top of the screen, this will allow you to manually set the phone's camera settings.
You probably won't need to go past .25secs for most bright objects, planets, moon etc. Max. one to two secs or you'll start to get blurry stars on non-solar objects.
You should also be able to set a delay on the camera, a 3 second delay will give the scope time to settle, clicking the phone may cause vibrations on the scope which will affect the photo.
Check the web for instructions specific to your brand and type of phone.
