It is very cloudy today and I almost gave up getting to see the Sun when around midday a blue patch of sky appeared and I was able to get a quick snap of the sunspots. This single exposure image shows changes in the sunspots since yesterday's image. Both images are shown - 24 hrs apart. Single exposure with Canon 550d camera attached to a 81 mm WO scope, Herschel wedge at 540 nm. Thanks for viewing.
Really interesting to see the developments John. AR3158 has sprung up out of nowhere. Thanks for posting. No sun here today and its been blowing a gale. Great image.
