Hypertuned EQ6-R with ADM Saddle, Hard Case, other accessories

Living in an apartment means I have to travel to do anything astro related, so I am looking at getting something more portable/practical in weight and size.

Its a regretful sale as the mount is genuinely excellent but looking to downsize to something more portable and easy to move would be much more suitable for myself. I am open to swaps. A ZWO AM5 and iOptron CEM40 are currently at the top of my list as potential mounts that would suit me better.

EQ6-R Pro
Hypertuned by Astronomy Academy Perth with ceramic bearings and regreased on both RA and DEC. The mount is extremely smooth in both axes. Regularly guides as low as 0.1 RMS.

Here is the full list of what is included in the sale plus relative cost of each item:
-EQ6-R Pro + Tripod + Counterweight - $2799
-ADM Saddle - $290
-EQMOD USB2 cable (Bintel) - $99
-iPolar camera adapter (#3340-CGEM) - $65
-Extra 5kg counterweight - $69
-Plastica Panaro Max Hardcase (#MAX620H250) - $408
Roughly $3800 in total value
Chasing $2450 for the lot

Pickup preferred given the significant weight. Location South Brisbane, 4101.

Sorry this is not a purchase enquiry as I have 2 off these mounts
Do you mind advising where you had your mount hyper tuned, the only place I know of is in Perth and they never replied to my emails
Im assuming to achieve 0.1 arc sec your payload would be quite light too , I’m carrying 10kg and 14kg respectively on these mounts with guiding around 0.50 to 0.60 arc sec on good nights

Thanks
Martin

Its with my C8 and imaging gear, around 6kg for the OTA and another 1kg or 2 in ancillary bits. I would estimate 7-8kg. So you're right, it is relatively light for the 20kg capacity of the EQ6-R.

The hypertune was done by the previous owner, he was indeed from Perth. I suspect it was done at the place you are referring to. Happy to go and contact him and get you more details.

The Wifi module has been sold. Adjusting the listing and removing the item.

Looks like I'll be keeping it a little longer, decided to get the C11 for sale. So the beast will live on as I need something that can carry the weight.
