Good Service again Bintel.

Remember months and months ago my hand control on my ZWO EAF was no good...I bought another EAF motor and hand controller and returned the dud hand controller...Bintel was not able to supply a new one at the time so sent the dud back to ZWO ...I had forgotten about it as I had not installed the second EAF and used the new controller on the old motor...but last week Bintel sent me my first controller fixed which was most timely as I had only fitted the second motor a couple of days earlier...

But what great service and good service deserves recognition.

Glad to hear you're back on track with your equipment.
I've only called Bintel once and was talked through the entire process of what l wanted to do which took about 10 mins, all without spending a cent.

Unfortunately Bintel, in my experience, never answer emails. So I cannot concur that Bintel provides good service. I have experienced better.

Hi Hans.

When I send them an email I get a computer generated reply which says in effect they have recieved my email and someone will reply as so as possible..( which they always do).

.So I wonder, ...

Do you get that computer generated form of email and then no one replies?

Or you dont get any email at all... if the second situation that of no email at all, it may be that they in fact dont receive your email...if so it could be worthwhile checking the address and if it comes from their site we could let them know there is a problem...given all they do for me I would be happy to put my time to that task.

If the first situation and you get no reply I am at a loss to explain why.

I was thinking of Michael only days ago and wonder how he is going. I really liked that guy.

Hi Alex, Yes I got the Computer Generated Reply saying that my email enquiry has been received and that a Bintel representative would be in touch but alas just crickets. No doubt they are a good company to deal with just not for me.
