Not to nitpick at all, but I noticed there’s a bit of colour dispersion caused by the l-extreme filter on some of the brighter stars. I mention it because I sometimes get the same thing a bit when I used this filter too. I’m wondering if there’s any good ways to deal with this in either the capture or post processing…

I'm not too sure how to combat this issue as yet but still working on it.
I'm seeing what other more pronounced user who have this filter do. I think it's a halo issue in the O3 channel

I can see what you mean about the stars. It's almost like chromatic aberration. I know it's a 'frac, but it doesn't need collimation?
It's interesting that the phenomenon is pointing in different directions throughout the image.

I think it's more the processing I added an Ha luminance layer and the stars were smaller and I may not have aligned it perfectly as I cropped the underlying image first which I think may have caused the aberrations.

ah that makes sense. And if the star rotation is slightly off, it would also explain why some point in different directions.
