Running Chicken Nebula HOO 6panel mosaic

I squeezed in a 6 panel mosaic of Ha and Oiii subs in a few hours. Only 7x120s subs per filter. Taken when the sky was clear on the 29 may 22. Although it lacks detail because of the small number of subs (total time). It illustrates to me that I can successfully do a 6 panel sub with my 200mm f5 newt and Heq5 mount. I am going to build up more subs when I get several clear nights and see what I can achieve with this setup.

Lots of potential there mate but you may have clipped the blacks too much Try backing off the black levels as there is a heap of nebulosity available

Hi Nikolas,
Because I used an aps-c sized camera and my filters are 1.25in. I had a lot of vignetting and I did not allow enough overlap in the panels - consequently I clipped the blacks so that the image was visually acceptable. In future if I use this combination I will increase the amount of overlap and reduce black clipping.
