Amazing display on the sun today. We had to deal with clouds and high winds but it was definitely worth seeing. There is a very tall faint prom on the NNW limb which is very impressive.

Thanks Jeff. Yep, that's it - the bright thing in the sky. Fortunately for us its not behind clouds all the time. Watching the news, its hard to believe the weather that is occurring up north. You guys have had one hell of a summer! We can only hope that it starts to settle down soon.
