Skywatcher AZ-EQ 6 Pro with upgraded Geoptik saddle & shoestring cable for sale. Replacement cost $4,100, selling for $2,200 (includes Geoptik bags for mount, tripod & weights).

This is the current version of the popular AZ-EQ 6 Pro, with the USB enabled handcontroller. The mount connects very easily via the shoestring cable directly to a mini PC, or alternatively to an ASI Air (I've used both). No need to use the handcontroller if you're imaging.

The AZ-EQ capability means this mount is capable of being used for both visual (AZ) & astrophotography (EQ).

I'm willing to meet half way or 1hr from North Sydney if required.

Very capable mount - I'm selling as I've upgraded to AP.
