Horsehead Nebula

Hi guys

This is my first post on this website. Thought I'd share this photo of the Horsehead Nebula. Taken with a colour camera, which is why it probably turned out green, but I don't mind it anyway. Any colour correcting/editting tips using this camera or Astro Pixel Processor are very welcome. Hope you like it.

EQ6-R Pro Mount
QHY 268C Camera
Optolong UV/IR Cut filter

Flats, darks and bias frame used

Thanks LKD, I've been learning astrophotography for a couple of years but haven't been involved with any online (or offline) astro communities until now. Keen to pick up a few tips as well.

Paul, I have a similar setup to yours. I converted a 50mm finder to a guiderscope. I have a Quattro 250F4 and eq6R. Still using dslr. I have the camera and guide scope under the telescope to reduce weight. Sometimes it guides well but sometimes not so good. Am thinking of getting OAG. Cheers Rob.
