G'day!
It's been many months since I had the inclination to set up and do some imaging, and I cant see it picking up again. So I should sell my mount, and hope that someone will use it to make some nice photos.
It's a saxon heq5 pro, almost 2 years old now. I used it a lot for about a year, installed a Rowan belt and tuned (I guess that's what it's called?) it by pulling it down and regressing and adjusting bearings and tuning out backlash, etc.
I used the mount with a variety of OTAs, but as an idea of its performance it used to carry about 10kg of gear (f5 8" newt, guide scope, both cameras) and normal total rms using phd2 single star guiding was 0.8", good night below 0.5" and the worst nights around 1.0-1.2". These are OK numbers for imaging and common image scales.
I'm thinking $1,200 is an OK price, but let me know that's ridiculous. That includes power supply and converter so you just need to supply an extension cord to it and you're good to go. Condition is good, there is no end cap covering the polar scope and there are couple of chips on the counterweights that you could just paint if it bothered you... the insides are really what counts

this is the single saddle model, so Vixen only at the moment.
The mount has been kept in a pelican case and it will come with that case, too, but the tripod will be on its own. Nothing is missing.
I'm happy to send wherever, I'll get a pack and send quote for you
