For Sale or Trade : Bits and Pieces

With the damp weather lately I decided to have a bit of a clean up and came across a few items I no longer need which may be useful to some folk out there. Prefer trade or cash offers, PM's please.

* Tube rings 230mm I.D. - no idea what brand of scope they came off. SOLD - Thanks Rob

* Tube rings ( two pair) came off Vixen Polaris mounts 140mm I.D. - great for a guidescope if you're willing to drill a few holes.

* "Forbidden Planet" DVD - new NTSC Region 4 sealed, great for a rainy day. SOLD - Thanks Chris

* Voyager CD's - 12 CD's contains images from Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus and Neptune. The compressed image files contain the full resolution of 800 pixels x 800 lines. You need to be familiar with DOS and be very computer literate to get them up and running. Comes with the necessary image display software (1989), backups and manual. Cost a fortune back when so make me a good offer. Will include Cybersky V3.1, Astroware CD, Guide to Astronomy CD and making Paper Planes CD.

* ETX 90 terrestial back - great for spares as it has the flip mirror, knobs, caps etc. or convert your astro one to a landscape one.

* Celestron controller - no info on this, probably 1980's, some of you electronics geniuses may be able to use it.

Cheers,

Steve

I may be interested in the celestron controller, do you have leads, etc to plug into the scope?

Sorry Geoff, the only leads are from the hand box to the controller.

The Voyager CD's have caught my interest, but wouldn't have a clue what to offer. PM with your thoughts please.

I was hoping for around $75 plus postage or a trade for eyepieces (especially Unitron/Polarex), finders etc.

Cheers, Steve
