Hi can help with this I have the above telescope and I am trying to connect using the wifi ,some times it will connect and some times it wont any ideas what is wrong

How old is the mount? The early versions had a rather flaky WiFi module. Subsequent iterations of the mount got a better module which made things somewhat better. There are plenty of threads on cloudy about it, and things you can try. Ultimately I had the module replaced.
