M8 and M20 - Lagoon and Trifid Nebulae

~3.5 hrs of total exposure time
With Ha, Sii and Oiii filters. Used Pixinsight for majority of post processing and Photoshop CC for layering

Photographed form a bottle class 6 sky in Sydney

I didnt make heavy colour saturation changes tbh. Just used these formulas in Pixinsight and made slight (+2-4 saturation adjustments in photoshop). Other than that, these are the original colours I got from my photos

Sii/Ha/Oiii :
R = (Oiii^~Oiii)*Sii + ~(Oiii^~Oiii)*Ha
G = ((Oiii*Ha)^~(Oiii*Ha))*Ha + ~((Oiii*Ha)^~(Oiii*Ha))*Oiii
B = Oiii
