Buggy Stolen

I hope you don't mind me posting this here Mike.......I know you have kids as well, and will probly understand why I need to get the message out.....

I know forum members use The Oaks a bit so maybe they will see or hear something.

My Daughter's pride and joy.........she is totally Devistated.

Taken from "The Oaks" NSW it was seen at approx 5.30am Sat Morning the 14/4/07 in the table drain on Silverdale Road about 2 km's out of the Oaks......

I am offering a Large Reward for its recovery and I am going to put up a heap of money to find and give these mongrels the full effects of the law....

This is more of an issue to me than a stolen buggy, and I will not give up until I find out who did this.

Follow this link for a photo of the buggy, it has had some cosmetic changes to the front of it since this shot, but much the same to look at just different lights and a horse emblem on the front.

Nice set of wheels. Shame on the people who stole this, they should be strung up. But like anything don't take the law into your own hands, you may commit a far worse crime than what they committed.

All the best, Harb, I sincerely hope that you find the buggy and the perpetrators. I can understand the devastation visited upon your daughter's outlook on life after such a cruel experience.

Regards,

Definately a low act Harb, It must have been an organised effort. that buggy looks quite sizeable and heavy.
I hope the police catch them.

Never mind the police mate. They will not be able to hide their crime on the day of their judgment. I wonder what they will say to Him when asked?

I would not like to be in their shoes....

They will reap what they sowed, in this life or the next, have no fear. Its just a shame your Daughter has to suffer for it.

My prayers are with you both.

Baz.

Thanks everyone......

Baz I'm with you mate..........
Its just sad.....since moving down here she had her best little mate, a border collie ran over and killed before her, that broke her little heart, and even though she has a new dog now, she still mentions the last one nearly on a daily basis........now this.....she has had some bad experiences in the past few months....still manages a smile for me though, tough for an 8 year old

cheers John

We all have it in us to forgive mate. Especially the young. That doesn't make it hurt any less in the short term though does it?

Perhaps someday they will realise the gravity of their error and try to make amends......

I hope you both find peace despite the occasional ugliness of the world around you.

Baz.

I'll keep an eye out, whoever took it must have known about it for a while.....it could be closer than you think!
Why is it the law always comes too bloody late........its never there when the offence is being committed......

Well no point of looking for a blue buggy, the first thing they would have done is painted it a different colour. The second thing would be to change it's design in some way that does not affect performance. The third thing, as other have alluded to, is to move it a long way away from where it was taken from. I know this doesn't help, but if people are looking for the buggy, keep it in mind that it might be a different colour and slightly different in design.

This could happen to them someday and they might realise the grief it causes, but by then the next generation have started it and so it goes on. We need stricter laws and enforcement. In my day your stuff was safe.
Good luck
Geoff
