Rosette-4 panel mosaic

Hello everyone.

I hope you are all well enough and kicking along with out too much trouble.

Seems it's my turn to post something.

A 4 panel mosaic of the Rosette Nebula in HOO. Not a lot of data as I had a mount strip down and diag half way through, seems all good now though.

Details with image, I hope you find something you like in the view!

A very pleasant looking Rosette Graham. The fact that you had troubles and still managed to put such a lovely image together, must be quite satisfying.

Good shots of this well imaged object are always great to surf around

Quite a spectacular result Graham.

I was wondering why you would choose HOO against SHO mapping?

A beautiful mosaic. The HOO rendition worked very well.

Just had a glance through your gallery. Many good things to see!

Hi Mike, thanks for dropping in. It was a struggle, not only with the mount, there was terrible seeing and poor guiding to contend with also.

Your encouragement is always warmly received.

Thank you Pkay. The answer to your question is simple, all the SII was rubbish. HOO was the only answer.
