DMK21AF04 works with coriander and Linux

Got my DMK21AF04 yesterday, and after a bit of fiddling got it to work with Coriander under Linux. This is good news, as I can now do a reliable comparison of the 3 cameras I have on hand using the same software package and operating system:

- Dragonfly Express
- Dragonfly2 (on loan for a couple of weeks)
- DMK21AF04.AS

This ought to let me write up an article comparing these three cameras. Now I just need some decent seeing again...

regards, Bird

The DX uses the 800mbit firewire bus, so it can transfer full frames to the host at 100fps in 16bit mode.

Also the DX uses a different CCD - a Kodak one, whereas the dragonfly2 uses a sony icx424al which is the same one as used inother cameras like the lumenera LU075.
