Wide and starless Vela scribble

Tonight wasnt showing much promise, but I thought I'd set up and see. I used my 70-200mm L F4 lens on the ZWO camera... some horrendous tilt or something going on, but I cropped about 35% of the frame and it came out ok. Then I also pulled stars out and it was much better
Still a scribble, some kind of recon to see what's there and what I can show.

This is 70 x 60s at gain 300 in Ha (7nm ZWO filter) at 70mm F4.
I couldnt get sharpcap to polar align with this set up, and couldnt plate solve in APT either, so I just drove the mount to around about the area and let it go. PA must have been ok-ish, and framing was not perfect but still there is something to see. I actually learned a bit for what would have been another throw-away night One of the things I learned was that the fan DOES help with mozzies. Far out they were bad tonight.

Loads going on in there....I think star removal does reveal lot of things otherwise missed..
