Missed it myself but rec'd call from a chap tonight, 1st April, who did manage to be in the right place.
He mentioned that it travelled from N/E to S/W. He also said that "it was white in appearance, glowed very brightly, (was brighter than Venus), split up & then disappeared..
Now how did the so called 'Press' get it so wrong with the direction of travel & the International Space Station?
We all know it goes the other way.
Pity I was inside...
