Royal Refractor D76.2 x F1200 with Mount & Original Box, $390 Pickup Frankston area.

Hi, I have accumulated too many scopes and must sell something, so my treasured Royal D76.2, F15 must go.
I have fully disassembled and refurbished the mount which works extremely well but still has a small amount of backlash on each axis owing to the design.
Has been looked after, optics in fine condition. Absolutely astonishing optical performance from a 3" aperture, a very nice instrument!

Refurb shown here from about the 12th post:-

Prefer pickup, PM please.

thanks for looking! Graham.P

Bump with images

Photos added and some more details:-

Almost all original items are included here with a couple of exceptions.
  • H20mm lens missing, will provide Ke22mm from Jason telescope.
  • Original Manual is missing (included copy of manual for Tasco 10TE-5 appears to be the same).

I found the original counterweight was a little undersized, so I had a nice solid brass counterweight made which is about 1 lb heavier.

thanks for looking.... Graham.P
