Good experience from customer service

Hi,

I have a Skywatcher AZEQ6 GT and recently lost one of the white feet on the bottom of the tripod, i guess it fell off in the dark. I can't observe from home so generally throw the tripod in the back of the ute and head off, the tripod is at least 3 years old and has hard a hard life

Anyway I rang customer service in Brookvale and told them my problem. They told me to send an email with a photo of the tripod and a rough estimate of the leg diameter.

A few days later they couriered a spare to me at no charge. They said it was the last spare they had hanging around so lucky me

Cheers

Good service indeed, that doesn't happen often.
