RIP Eddie Van Halen

I was saddened by news of his passing. He was one of the world's most extraordinary rock guitarists.

First listened to the album 1984 when travelling through the US west coast in early 85’ with my wife

Yeah, one of the greats. Some of the vids on youtube are just amazing. It just seemed so effortless for him. Yet full of energy at the same time.

Me, too .. Van Halen and Queen were two of the biggest bands of my teens. He'll be missed.
