Being a novice at the helm of the G11, i contacted Peter Ward from whom i purchased the Mount.
I was having a problem with some data entries, and feared the unit may have to be returned, but Peter came to the rescue and was still helping with e-mailed solutions at 10.00pm last night.
Bet you cant get that sort of service after hours anywhere.
