Complete Observatory with 12"LX200GPS

I would like to sell my observatory complete. It has a 2.4 metre Sirius dome. 12"LX200GPS, wedge and pier, computer, DSI etc. I am finding it difficult to maintain it no due to age and will need to move to smaller premisses. Looks fantastic ! Also, great website.
Any idea of a very rough price for observatory plus 'scope ? (I'd then be able to ''talk to the boss'')
