Now, not being up on some of these obscure Luna events , I gather you are talking about the ray breaking through the crater wall illuminating the inner crater peak? That wouldn't be easy to catch. What sort of time frame are we looking at to catch this event? 15min, half and hour, and hour?

Nice shot of it too btw

Paul, you are correct about the ray. I observed this one for almost 3 hours which was longer than I expected.
