Really good piece of kit, accurate PA in just 5 minutes.

With original tin box and original usb lead.

Cost $500

Looking for $300 plus $20 for express post.

Which mount adapter if any (presume it came with one) is being sold with it?

No mount adapter, i just velcro it onto the polar scope cap
