Field flattener for ED80 and modded canon 300D

would greatly appreciate if anyone could recommend a field flattener that would help fight the field curvature problem I am having with my modded Canon 300D and ED80.preferably one that didnt break the bank, if such a thing were possible

funny thing I never noticed it much with the stock Canon-was there all right just not so pronounced -but the modded Canon comes to focus at the very end of the focuser travel range, I am using a 2 inch UV/IR filter and the field curvature effect is driving me nuts

thanks in advance for any suggestions

Narayan

Try the Yahoo users group which is Orion_ED : Orion ED Telescopes and has the following link :

http://tech.groups.yahoo.com/group/Orion_ED/

Just about anything and everything is discussed about the Orion ED's and clones on this site.

Cheers,

Steve

Here Eric

warn you, its not pretty..though to be fair some of the problem in this particular image is due to (i think) sensor not being square to the optical plane..
