I have a Takahashi FS102 which has been sitting unused in my closet for a while. Far too nice a telescope not to be used.
The previous owner did a pretty good job of restoring the scope, painted the tube and put a new decal on the dew cap. In subsequent use the tube got a couple of small dings (see photos) but it is as you would expect, optically excellent. Includes the standard Takahashi finder
I’ve taken a few images but getting clear images of the objective can be difficult. Judge for yourself.
I am happy to ship this fully insured anywhere in Australia at the buyers expense.
Don’t be concerned by the low price, this sale is driven by need not the quality of the scope.
