Remember Me - keeps unticking itself

Has something changed in IIS ?
Whenever I tick the remember me button, it unticks itself when I log out. It never used to do that, it always remained ticked.

I have noticed that on my IPhone I have to log in every time and it won't save my login, but my desktop is ok and still always logged in.

THAT is the problem on some forums, when you leave it automatically logs you out and you need to log back in which is what he is saying it WONT remember him
