Great job Dan! Polaris is on my bucket list too, along with several other northern hemisphere sights. I also plan to visit UK next year to get my first glimpses of the sky north of the equator. Have fun!

rofl guys, maybe cos I grew up with it but Polaris is really nothing special IMO

There are some nice northern targets for sure (Double Cluster, Caroline’s Rose, etc) but not quite the full banquet we get here in Aus!
