anyone own a celestron with hand controller?

Im having difficulty with my celestron. The hand controller is excellent in that you can program it for your exact time/ location. the trouble is...when it asks for data, it doesnt specify whether u should enter utc, gmt, local, est...etc etc....

Anyone got any answers?

Baz.

you should enter local time in a 24 hour clock

it should also ask you whether you have daylight savings or not

you also need to tell it your time zone eg +10 hours for Sydney

the rest it can figure out itsellf once you have entered latitude and longitude
