Does anyone know where i can purchase a rubber perimeter skirt for a 2.3m Sirium Dome.

If you have no luck with the new owners of Sirius you could try Clark Rubber, if they are in your state.

If you need to , there is a product in the hardware stores called Insertion Rubber, comes in several thicknesses, 1mm, 3mm and thicker and in several widths, 50mm, 100mm and wider. Rolls are 5 metres or 10 metres I think.
Might suit your needs.
