Putting the call out for a get together on either the 16th or 17th of Feb,
weather permitting. To be held at Coombell. Can be brought forward

Hey Guy's

It's all good for this weekend, very much looking forward to another get
together... weather permitting.

Unfortunately it might be one of the last evenings out here. But never to
fear I have access to a property a few kms further down the highway.

Look forward to seeing you on the weekend

regards,CS

Hi Rob,
Thanks for the offer but we are up at the Brisbane Planetarium for a conference meeting the big dome people. You are not far from Ellangowan? We went out to the public school there last year for some shows. Took our scope as well but was cloudy.Hope you fare better!

Philip

Have the neighbours finally complained about the red torchlights and the continual yahoos heard all night long coming from your place?

Yup! we will be relocating over the next couple of months or so. Hopefully
we can find a place fairly local to Coombell. But we'll have to see.

LOL Andrew....

Np's Alex, all the best to your dad

Looking at the forcast and the current continual weather patterns it isn't
looking good for tomorrow. So do the usual check in here tomorrow
afternoon.

Weather Update

Well, it pretty patchy cloudwise. There is scattered showers with light rainfall
to the south west. Although it does look to be slowly clearing locally but we
still have 50-60% cloud cover.

Another update, it actually clearing rather well here, there is a big storm
to the east, which is heading towards you Glen. So up to you guy's as to
what you want to do. I've stuck the 20x80's on my EQ5 mount to view
comet McNaught.

Thanks Rob Brought him home this morning but he started bleeding so I have spent all afternoon at the hospital, he is home again, great Doctor explained it wasnt serious, Its clear here but both neighbours have lights on friends around etc so I dare not go out on the balcony with binos they already think I am strange. But later will have a look at the nova in scorpius with the binos .
The cloud maps promise more of the same up there I think.
