Point Grey Grasshopper Express 6.0 MP CCD (Firewire 800 interface)
Suffice to say I've taken many award winning images solar images with this camera. Unlike many CMOS sensors, the ICX694 has no fixed pattern noise and is totally forgiving when imaging in sub-angstrom H-alpha.

2736 x 2192 at 11 FPS (with ROI you can get up to 60 FPS)

Comes with 1394b locking cable and can also include the PCMCIA adapter
that I used to drive the camera with my Toshiba laptop.
