First Quarter afocal snap

Just got back in and had a look at the results of my afocal snaps of the moon and am very happy with about half a dozen of them out of 23 shots.

I must upgrade and get some sort of tool to hold the camera to the eyepiece so I can set it off automatically for better results so I don't have to throw so many away. Has anyone had any experience with a Vixen Universal DigiScope Adapter?

Nice one Rob.

Don't have any experience with the Vixen adaptor but I'm selling one of these:

You can have it for $45

Rob,
I've the same adapter, though it came in a Williams Optics box.
It fits my camcorder fine, but I can't use the Powershot with it, the lens is too long.
There is 5.5-6cm of clearance from where you screw the adapter into the bottom of your camera, to where the eyepiece is.
Measure your camera first before purchasing.
Hope this helps.
BTW, nice moon shot.
