attached file size

hello all, how do i change a file size for attachment? my pics are around 202kb and iis needs 150kb.

Hi Hucka

What dimensions are they? If you resize them to roughly 800x wide, that will usually be enough to bring the filesize under 150k.

Make sure it's saved as jpeg.

If all else fails, get a program called "irfanview" (it's free). With that, you can save the jpeg images with varying compression quality. Just move the slider to compress the image more until it's under 150k.
