Eta Carina Nebula WideField **REWORKED**

Hi,
Wide field pic of Eta Carina nebula.
Pentax 200mm lens @f4, iso800, 10x30 second exps.
Stacked in ImagesPlus then rough bit of processing in PS.

Been trying to use examples and theory in "Photoshop Astronomy" by R. Scott Ireland - but I gave up and did my own thing on this one!!!

Cheers
Doug

UPLOADED SAME IMAGE MINUS CA AND STAR SIZE REDUCED TO BRING OUT THE NEB' - CHEERS
DOUG.

Thanks Eric,
Agreed - quite a struggle to pull detail out of the noise with this one!

Nice round stars. If you haven't done so you should be able to easily remove noise in the image by subtracting a dark frame in photoshop via Image -> Apply Image -> select dark frame image and subtraction method.
