I would be interested if only i didnt have to tilt my neck 90deg. to get a good idea of the mounts condition.

Sorry, the upload insists upon turning it around. Mount's in great condition. And at 75, I've spent many a time with my neck at 90 degrees to look in a scope. Copy image and place on your desktop and twist it at will.
