I would like to let folk know that I recently had a problem witha Vixen german mount. I cannot over-emphasise the speed and help I have received from Vixen. Same day responses in excellent English, and speed of repairs done by Vixen at Saitamma site and speed of return to me in Australia all of quite exceptional excellence.

For Roger, I initially approached AOL who were not helpful, then Tascowho were very helpful indeed, and then Vixen direct, and from there onthings went with grease lightening speed. I found excellent English writers/speakers and speed like I have never experienced before. Alldone under warranty, my only cost being transport of items to Japan.
