[AstroFest] Lunar transit by ISS

Folks,

On the last night of AstroFest, we were fortunate enough to be treated to the ISS transiting the crescent Moon. The ISS passed from NW to SE (right to left as imaged) at a fair old clip, crossing my (roi)FOV in about 1.3 seconds

Here's my montage...

Skywatcher Esprit 100
ZWO ASI1600MM-Cool @ ~28fps

Cheers,
Dunk

Oooh that's lovely. More like the shot that I was trying to get in terms of exposure. Nice detail on the ISS.

Thanks Troy! The Moon was still really bright, so it was a tricky exposure balance.

Really nice work.

We watched this from Brisbane and from our suburb, the ISS just skimmed the non-illuminated side of the Moon.

Cheers
