Arrived safely in the USA...

I have not had much time recently to post and/or read...between moving house and heading to the USA for Christmas it has been hectic.

We made it safely and only had one bag go missing for a day (it showed up eventually...and yes, it was the one that had my clean underwear...)

It is unusually warm in the Midwest this year and no snow at all where we are at...bummer...maybe some will come later in the week but I don't it.

The skies have been cloud filled and so I have not had a chance to see the "big dipper" etc. I don't have a scope here...yet...who knows if it will change or not .

Anyway, finally got a chance to get back on-line...

You bet I am...and my "Aussie accented" kids have been a big hit...

We ahve been taking lifts (elevators) and standing in ques (?) (lines) all over town...and at night using tiorches (flash lights)...

I've been translating for everyone it has been a hoot...

So far no Astro gear but the trip is still young...
