OK, I am about to step sideways and get a goto mount. If all falls into place I will be looking to sell the AP600E mount I currently have. It is far from a done deal, but if it happens then I cannot afford both.
It is NOT goto, but has the AP encoders fitted, and I use these with my Argo Navis Computer.
The mount will be supplied with the AP hand controller, counterweight shaft, and small counterweight, same as how I bought it. I got additional C/W's made locally, as it seemed crazy to ship weight from one side of the world to the other. I use it on a rolling pier, as well as an in ground pier.
It is suitable to carry the 4" apo I have, or up to about a 10" newt reflector, I use my 10" on it photographically and it tracks beautifully.
It will not be cheap, but if you have read this far you will have a fair idea of the sort of price it will command. Any communication to me off group please at
