Quick and Dirty M104

Hi Guys,
This was first light for my new Meade 12" F8 ACF. It was not meant to be a stunning shot. The conditions were absolutely appalling, apart from Melbourne's light pollution, the moon was shining like the beacon from hell, coupled with bad smoke haze, due to those buggers doing there controlled burns. I didn't try to process this one too hard, just not worth it, what it did show me was that the stars are nice circles right to the edge of the field. This shot hasn't been cropped, and there was no mirror flop over the 3 hours I photographed it (and there shouldn't have been given Meade's new focusing mechanism). Just put it up for interest, not as a fine example of Astrophotography.

Cheers
Peter
