hmmm I don't know why this happens to a few people every now and then but do this....
- Clear your iceinspace cookies.
- Clear your cache.
- Close your browser.
- open browser
- login again.
That should do it.

Jim, down the bottom of the new thread page under "Posting Rules", does it say "You may post attachments" ?

No Attachements
Hi All, Thanks for your help, 1-Ponders, it does say I can post attachments + others in the L.H. column, Terry- I have done all you suggested (except clear my Cache)- which I do not understand, appreciate a fill in on this item, but after Logging out- It comes up and says- All Cookies cleared- I Exit Ice in Space, close the Browser, Re-Open it, sign in to Ice in space, Go to New Thread, It says I May post Attachments + others Items, but No Manage Attachments Item comes up (It used to), any Ideas or suggestions ???.Thanks...............Jim

To clear your cache: Tools->Internet Options -> Within the temporary internet files option is a "delete files..." button. Click that.
Or do this first: Reply to this thread, and on the reply to thread page, press Ctrl+F5 to completely refresh that page and see if the button appears.
If clearing your whole cache and refreshing just that page still doesn't work, view the source of the reply to thread page (View->Source) and email it to me.

Help with No Attachments available
Hi Terry, Thanks for your advice, I have done as you sugested, and cleared the Cache in the computer, I will do the View Source bit and Email it to you as I still cannot get the Attachments bit, I do feel this is something at the base location (Web Page), as I have tried to log in from another local Computer, and a remote computer (my daughters) at another location with the same results, this means that the problem is not a computer software clash or items on the HD causing a conflict as my daughters computer has none of the items that my computer has, I can post to Astronomy-Daily no problem (with attachments), I wonder if I sign-up under a different name and E-Mail address that this might overcome the problem.Again many thanks...................Jim

If you have to do Ctrl+F5 every time, then there's probably something wrong with your browser cache configuration. All that Ctrl+F5 does, is load the page raw (not from the browser disk or memory cache).
Glad it's fixed-ish
