Utterly Spoilt

After an absolutely garbage month of heat, dust and the devastating fires in this district (3 here this afternoon, 1 deliberately lit), I have just wandered into the yard to scratch myself before retiring. Marvelling at the clarity of Orion, my ancient Galapagos Turtle head then reached zenith and revealed the most clear sky I have had here in over 18 months. Its only on nights such as this I remind myself how fortunate I actually am to have such a beautiful unrestricted site for observing.
