Stellarvue Customer Service - thumbs up!
Hi all. As some may know I have a Stellarvue Refractor as my main imaging scope at the moment. The other day I ordered a matched field flattener to enable me to setup my SBIG camera so I can start doing some narrowband imaging.
This morning I had a call from Eric at Stellarvue who wanted to check that I had ordered the correct item and also to make sure that he could set it up for the correct backfocus for my camera. Along the way he was also able to answer another query I had regarding the backfocus on my existing reducer/flattener.
All done very cheerfully and he told me he will have the part on it's way today.
Well done Vic and the team at Stellarvue! One thing I know in this game is that almost all the firms I have dealt with have given me excellent customer service whether overseas or here in Oz.
